Less admin per project
Saved per tender pack

The challenge
Drawings were fast. Everything around them wasn’t.
Field & Form is an 18-person architecture studio. Every project came with the same paperwork: fee proposals, planning forms, consultant updates and tender packs pulled together from old files.
Architects spent their evenings copying specs between documents and chasing missing details by email. It was nobody’s job, so it was everybody’s.
What we built
A tender pack that assembles itself.
We connected their project tracker, shared drive and specification library. When a project reaches tender, the system gathers the latest drawings, schedules and specs into one pack and flags anything out of date.
An AI assistant drafts cover letters and consultant updates from the project notes. The project lead reviews each one in a couple of minutes before it goes out.
The results
Eight weeks later.
The first tender pack built this way took an afternoon instead of two days. By the end of the quarter, the team had stopped working late before deadlines.
Tender packs ready 6 hours faster, every time.
30% less admin time per project.
No more outdated drawings in a submission.
We used to lose two evenings to every tender. Now the pack is ready before we’ve finished our coffee — and it’s right.
